Val di Sole is in the north-western part of Trentino
It is situated between the mountain groups of Ortles Cevedale and Adamello Presanella, the Maddalene and the Brenta Dolomites, a World Heritage Site.
The Valley enjoys excellent exposure to the sun and a mild climate.
It is located close to the Stelvio National Park and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, and it is characterized by natural alpine lakes, streams, waterfalls, fauna, flora, and mountain huts where is possible to eat the Trentino typical cooking.
The Valley is bright, full of paths and trekking routes, many Nordic walking itineraries that allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the entire surrounding landscape.
Summer also offers emotions by venturing down the Noce stream, practicing canoe, kayak, rafting, hydro speed courses.
A cycle path runs along the entire valley near the Noce River for 35 kilometres. Possibility of renting mountain bikes and transportable electric bikes thanks to the bike-bus service, and with the Mezzana-Marilleva-Trento train.
